Nirvana – About a Girl

Last week I picked up the 20th anniversary edition of Nirvana’s debut album Bleach. I wasn’t as familiar with this album as I was the other more mainstream albums. I was craving a “new” rock album to listen to and so when I saw this one on sale, I couldn’t resist.
(It’s really been 20 years since Nirvana came out? Really?? I’m getting old.)

At any rate, the song “About a Girl” was originally recorded in 1988 and featured on Bleach. It became a hit for Nirvana though as the first song and single on their 1994 release, MTV Unplugged in New York.
